We chose the name ‘efipoi *’ for the building of a traditional residence called ‘aderfomoiri’, which is located in Pinakates, Pelion, in the settlement of Alexeika. It’s a name with a double meaning: on the one hand, its initial letters form an acronym and, on the other hand, it’s a reference to the local mythology of green Pelion, the land of the Centaurs.
